Custodial Services for the 88th RD at UT034 (UT003, UT010, UT032) B+4 POP 3/1

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to remove site UT003 at 224 E 1800 North Logan, UT 84341 from the requirement. The requirement still includes sites UT010 and UT032. Please see updated attachments to include:W911SA26QA102 Attachment 01 - PWS, W911SA26QA102 Attachment 05 - Price Schedule, W911SA26QA102 Attachment 06 - Drawings, W911SA26QA102 Attachment 07 - Room Chart Task Frequency. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Custodial Services at three (3) sites in Utah, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 01 March 2026 (or subsequent date) to 28 February with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
