The purpose of this amendment (SAQMMA16R0097 A004) is revise the solicitation to reflect the following; 1) to include as a attachment to this notice amendment SAQMMA16R0097 A004 zipped Folder.zip which contains all revised solicitation documents including the responses to the Offeror Questions submitted on September 30, 2016. 2) to provide an additional opportunity for offeror questions, comments or clarifications as stated in the amended Section L.9. Offeror submittals of questions, comments or clarifications are due no later than 5:00pm ET, January 13, 2017. 3) to amend Section L.5 to extend the due date for submission of proposals to February 10, 2017. NOTE: All documents contained in the above referenced .zip folder have been amended and should be reviewed in detail by the offeror. Any documents not included in the above referenced .zip folder should be considered unaltered from the original form.
