Notice of Intent to Single Source - PIO Scissor Lift

Under the authority of RFO 12.102(a), 35th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a single source contract to AKTIO CORPORATION, CAGE JS962 for teh rental of Scissor Lifts and Telehandlers for 35 FW/PIO. Rental duration is less that 2 weeks at Misawa Airbase, Japan. Market research found that AKTIO is the only vendor capable of providing all the equipment necessary to complete the requirement in the time needed. Market research indicated that addditional vendors can provide MHE, but not all the specific MHE needed for this project that are in limited stock in this region.
