Purchase Description Procurement of Manual Mass Comparators The U.S. Army TMDE Activity (USATA) has a requirement to purchase three (3) Mass Comparators models or equivalent. These units are needed as a life-cycle replacement for an existing model that is becoming inoperable. The unit shall be delivered to USATA�s Army Physical Standards Labs located at Building 5435, Fowler Road Redstone Arsenal.
