Inyo National Forest (INF) Capture and Removal of 450 Wild Horses.

To conduct a wild horse drive-trap gather on the Inyo National Forest that will capture and remove 450 wild horses outside and in the surrounding areas of the Montgomery Pass WHT. A Pre-Award Conference call will be held via Teams on May 26, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. Execution of this SF 1449 does not constitute authorization to begin performance. No work shall begin until the award is fully executed by a duly warranted Contracting Officer or a written Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. Any work performed prior to signature by a warranted Contracting Officer or issuance of an NTP is performed strictly at the contractor�s own risk. The Government shall not be held liable for any costs, obligations, or actions undertaken by the contractor in violation of this notice.
