Request for Proposal: Ship Self Defense System Combat System Engineering Agent (CSEA) / Software Design Agent (SDA)

The purpose of this update is to provide further instruction regarding request and access to the bidders library. 1. Offerors who previously requested and were granted access to the bidders library utilizing the instructions in the presolicitation notice shall retain those rights and maintain user rights as previously approved. 2. All Offerors shall submit signed DD254's and follow the Section L instructions for classified requests to receive updated classified data. 3. The latest date for submission of questions and comments to the Government is hereby extended to 04 September 2017.
