M82 Energetics

UPDATE Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to make multiple corrections to Narratives, Clauses, Line Items, and Attachments. Be advisded Attachment labeled (Solicitation W519TC26RA019 - Conformed to AMD 0001) must be signed and included with Proposal package. BASE The United States Army Contracting Command-Rock Island requests a proposal for Energetic Subcomponents of the m82 Simuat Screening Grenade in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal, in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 15) - Contracting by Negotiation. This solicitation is expected to result in a five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Deliver/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the offeror whose proposal is responsible and adheres to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation with the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. This requirement is issued under NAICS 332993 and is a Total Small Business Set Aside.
