The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order to a small business concern. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 611519, with a size standard of $21 million. Prospective contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) under the NAICS 611519 in order to be eligible to receive an award. In accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) FAR12.201-1, Simplified Procedures, the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (MICC-JBLM) intends to solicit quotations directly from suppliers for Commercial Driver's Licensing (CDL) Certification. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision and non-personal services necessary to perform CDL training for six (6) Soldiers. All training must be conducted, within a 25-mile radius of JBLM. Certification will include Class A CDL with Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT), Tanker (N), Double/Triple (T) Trailers, and Tanker/HAZMAT (X) endorsements. The price of tuition shall include all fees and costs including background checks and driver's license endorsements. Period of performance for this purchase order will be no more than 12 months with an estimated start date of July 1, 2026. The Government will not entertain questions at this time; however, potential offerors may submit comments in response to this pre-solicitation notice.
