PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE BRAND NAME - NMIS BioDose Software and Support Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a Brand Name only, firm fixed price contract for NMIS BioDose Software and Support. The procurement is being competed as a Small Business Set- Aside under FAR Part 12-102: Brand Name Only and will result in a purchase order for NMIS BioDose Software supporting VA Central California Health Care System. The solicitation for this action will be posted to SAM.gov, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511: Custom Computer Programming Services, with a size standard in millions of dollars $34.0 million. The FSC/PSC is 6525 Imaging Equipment and Supplies: Medical, Dental, Veterinary The solicitation will be posted on or about 05/19/2026 to SAM.Gov. The response will be considered by the agency. If you are not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), you must submit an authorized distributor letter signed by the OEM. If you are the OEM and a small business, you must indicate in your response how you will comply with limitations on subcontracting and/or the non-manufacturer rule.
