Commercial Data Hub Pilot Program

This is an open and continuous procurement to obtain commercially available data on behalf of the Department of Commerce (DOC) through a Commercial Data Hub Pilot Program. The solicitation and any resulting contract is issued utilizing Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented in Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. In accordance with FAR 52.219-31, Notice of Small Business Reserve, this solicitation contains a reserve for one or more small business concerns identified at 19.000(a)(3). DOC anticipates that up to 10% of the cumulative dollar value of awards to be made under this solicitation will be made to small business concerns.
