This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12639526Q0018 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the USDA, AMS, Cotton Program, which requires the removal of the existing bale press and the delivery and installation of a new full eject bale press and automated conveyor system with a scissor lift-tilt table to be delivered and installed at the Memphis Classing Office.
