Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Q-Tech Corp

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis with Q-Tech Corp (CAGE code 51774). The requirement is for crystal electronic oscillators (electronic oscillator circuits that use a piezoelectric crystal as a frequency-selective element) in support of the Minuteman Minimum Essential Emergency Communications Network (MEECN) Materials and Manufacturing Processes - Very Low Frequency Terminal (MMP-VT) effort.
