V301 - Personal Property Shipments (Direct Procurement Method) - Naples

This Request for Quote ("RFQ") is issued under the authority of FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in FAR Part 13, as authorized for commercial services in FAR Subpart 13.5 [Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06]. This RFQ is for the evaluation and award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP)-Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for the Personal Property Shipping Office (PPSO) at Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistic Center Sigonella (FLCSI), Naples, Italy. This contract provides for the Direct Procurement Method (DPM), as authorized by the Defense Travel Regulation (DTR), for recurring transportation and storage of domestic household goods (HHG), international HHG, and unaccompanied baggage (UB) shipments for Service members and DoD employees.
