UNITED STATES MILITARY INFLATABLE RIGID BOAT (USMIRIB) TRAILER TIRES

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Middle East District has a requirement for the procurement of United States Military Rigid Inflatable Boat (USMIRIB) trailer tires. This requirement has been set aside 100% for small businesses who are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as U.S. firms. All quotes are to be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system no later than August 1st, 2025, 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Contracting Officer for this RFQ is Mr. Peter Smith, Peter.S.Smith@usace.army.mil, the Contract Specialist for this action is Ms. Mikayla Shanholtzer, Mikayla.B.Shanholtzer@usace.army.mil. Amendment 0001 reflects the revision in tire specifications and shipping information. The changes to the tire specifications include the requirement to procurement brand name specific tires, Goodyear, 16.5 LTF Custom Hi-Miller SS-12, All-Season, All-Terrain Tubeless. Additionally, this amendment updates the shipping information, as the current freight forwarded listed, dfYoung, will pick up the tires at the manufacturers warehouse. The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to change this requirement from a brand-name to a non-brand name tire procurement. This amendment extends to RFQ due date to 17 September 2025, 10:00AM EST.
