This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for proposals (RFP). The Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Countermeasures Directorate, Office of Physical Security Programs is seeking an industry partner or partners to provide engineering and support services for both the Physical Security Division (PSD) and Defensive Equipment and Armored Vehicles (DEAV) in accordance with the Statement of Work (Attachment 1) titled: Engineering Services for Physical Security Programs (PSP) and Defensive Equipment and Armored Vehicles (DEAV). The anticipated period of performance is five years from date of award. Type of Contract: This contract is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contract. Delivery Orders issued under this contract will be firm fixed price, with a reimbursable line item for travel, as well as Labor Hour or Time-and-Material.
