Description

Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), has a requirement for up to 535 Tractor, Rubber Tired, Articulated Steering Multipurpose (TRAM). This is the actual REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) M67854-25-R-5301. The TRAM is a medium scoop loader that is equipped with a 4-in-1 multipurpose bucket and fork attachment. The TRAM will provide the Marine Corps the ability to operate over uneven and unprepared surfaces. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-priced (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. Contract period of performance of ten years; five 12-month ordering periods, followed by five 12-month option periods.This procurement will be conducted as a full and open competition using NAICS code 333120, Construction Machinery Manufacturing. This procurement is a FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation requirement, which will be evaluated utilizing the Best Value Continuum method. In order to be eligible for award, interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.The Contractor shall provide the requisite program management and logistics support to ensure that delivery schedules, performance requirements, and overall supportability of the TRAM is accomplished as set forth in the contract. The Contractor is responsible for providing all material, services, CONUS and OCONUS training, and necessary support documentation needed to complete the tasks identified in the solicitation documents attached.RFP due date 02 June 2025 by 2pm ET Zone.
