Description

The objective of the contract is to provide Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Contract /Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Environmental Compliance and Hazardous Materials/Hazardous Waste Management Services (environmental compliance services) in support of the European Command (EUCOM), including U.S. Army Europe-Africa (USAREUR-AF), Installation Management Command-Europe (IMCOM-E), and other Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders in Europe. Generally, work will be performed at IMCOM-E and USAREUR installations and enduring locations but could be extended to other sites in other locations covered by other DoD agencies and activities1) Compliance Management Efforts which primarily includes efforts such as :a) Environmental Management System Compliance ,b) Environmental Performance Assessments ,c) Environmental Site Assessments, and d) Management Plan Updates2) Hazardous Materials and Hazardous Waste Management, including efforts such as :a) Hazardous and Solid Waste Management ,b) Hazardous Materials Management System (HMMS) support ,c) Hazardous Material Reuse Center Operation or their equivalent, and d) Site investigations, sampling and analysis. The project sites for this base contract are located wherever it is required for CENAU to support the compliance-related efforts of its stakeholders, generally in Eastern Europe. Amendment 0002 replaces B.08 25RA013_Attachment 5_Evaluation Factors for Award (Section M) with B.08 25RA013_Attachment 5_Evaluation Factors for Award (Section M) (REV 1) and extends the proposal due date by seven (7) calendar days to 25 August 2025. All other solicitation provisions remain the same.
