See attached Solicitation. Quotes are due by 4:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time on Tuesday, 2 June, 2026. Electronic quotations must be submitted via e-mail to Emma Newbegin at emma.a.newbegin.civ@army.mil. Facsimile quotations will not be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation may be directed to Emma Newbegin at emma.a.newbegin.civ@army.mil no later than 12:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time, Wednesday, 27 May 2026. Reference solicitation number in subject line. SEE ATTACHED QUESTIONS & ANSWERS. Solicitations shall not exceed 5 pages, and provide the following: Vender Name, Vendor POC, Vendor CAGE, Vendor UEI, Contact Ph#, E-mail, Discount terms (if applicable); Socio-Economic status; and completed Work Experience Form (attached). Additionally, in order to be eligible for award, all respondents shall complete all Representations and Certifications found within their profile in the System of Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Information provided from answers to questions shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. if an amendment is issued, normal procedure relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solcitation amendments shall apply. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract WITHOUT discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's inital offer should contain the offeror's best terms. [RFO FAR 52.212-1(d)]. A quoter which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party shall be deemed technically unacceptable.
