The purpose of this amendment is to update question #50. 50. Is a Maryland PSC license required? VA does not require a specific license for this contract; however, contractors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations for non-emergent wheelchair van transportation services. In Maryland, this may include a Public Service Commission (PSC) license. You are responsible for determining and obtaining any required licenses, permits, or certifications. Please contact Maryland PSC regulations to determine your licensing obligations.
