This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C25726Q0475 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for mobile MRI Lease. This solicitation is issued as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), with the associated NAICS code of 532490, which has a small business size standard of $40 Million. The contractor shall provide the equipment and delivery of the Mobile MRI at South Texas Veterans Healthcare System (STVHCS). Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with RFO 4.203, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award.
