Boiler, Water Heater, and Chiller Preventive Maintenance & Repairs at the Santa Fe and Taos-Picuris Service Unit

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00058 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for boiler, water heater, and chiller preventive maintenance and repair services for the Santa Fe Service Unit and the Taos-Picuris Service Unit. 1. Place of Performance: Santa Fe Indian Health Center 1700 Cerrillos Road Santa Fe, NM 87505 Taos-Picuris Service Unit 1090 Goat Springs Rd Taos, NM 87571 3. See attached RFQ for a list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition. 4. See attached RFQ for a list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. 5. Quotes will be accepted via email to Stephanie.Begay3@ihs.gov until 12:30 pm MT on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. 6. This is a total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside, with a cascading set-aside. Under the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, through the transfer of authority from the Department of Interior to HHS, offers will be solicited from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (see HHSAR Subpart 326.6) that are also small business concerns. If there is not enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers received from the ISBEE set-aside, then quotes will be considered for award to other small business concerns.
