DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION SOLICITATION NUMBER: DE-SOL-0010769 AMENDMENT 0004 The purpose of Amendment 0004 to the subject solicitation is to answer an additional vendor question received by the Government, to provide an SOW attachment that was erroneously excluded from the original posting, to extend the due date for submission of quotes, and to update all affected RFQ documents. The question is answered in the attached document entitled "Vendor Questions and Answers (Amendment 0004)." As such, the following solicitation documents are revised and reissued under Amendment 0004: 1. Cover Letter - Request for Quote DE-SOL-0010769 (Amendment 0004) 2. Attachment A - Terms and Conditions (Amendment 0004) All prior versions of these documents are hereby replaced by the versions provided under this amendment.
