Subject: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Name-Brand PIC Plugs & Connectors This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: FA930226Q0061 Solicitation Type: This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Acquisition Details: This is a competitive small business set-aside requirement for a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334417 with a corresponding size standard of 1000 employees. This is a brand-name requirement. Requirement: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC/PZZF) at Edwards AFB intends to procure PIC Electrical Plugs and Connectors. A full list of contract line items (CLINs) and detailed specifications are provided in the attached solicitation documents. Delivery Information: FOB: Destination Delivery Address: 115 Gregorious Ave, Bldg. 3736, Edwards AFB, CA 93524 Applicable Provisions and Clauses: The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect. Basis for Award: The Government will award a purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the RFQ, is determined to be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). To be considered technically acceptable, the offeror must provide evidence that it can provide the exact brand-name items specified in the solicitation attachments and be an authorized reseller. Price will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. Quotation Submission Instructions: Offerors must submit quotations in accordance with FAR 52.212-1.
