Okinawa Total Maintenance Contract - Amendment 0002

The contractor shall provide full operations, maintenance, repair, and facility management support services for DoDEA facilities in the Pacific South District, Okinawa, Japan, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all applicable codes and standards, including NFPA requirements. Refer to the attachment list contained in the PWS, which corresponds to the documents attached to this solicitation. Amendment 0001 posted to upload clarified site visit instructions (Site Visit Access Requirements) and update Attachment 23. Amendment 0002 posted to incorporate the Government's response to offeror questions, incorporate updated attachments, extend the questions due date to 06 May 2026 and the proposal due date to 13 May 2026.
