BPA Call Order Exceeding $25,000 Synopsis Requisition 1170248. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (USFS), intends to issue a competitive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order under multiple?award BPAs for Reforestation/NNIS at the Francis-Marion & Sumter National Forests in South Carolina. This is not a solicitation. This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification. This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Reforestation/NNIS and Forest Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for USFS. The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA. Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment (including safety equipment), tools, transportation (including an enclosed, insulated cargo trailer), supervision, and all other resources required to perform the work in accordance with the specifications of the BPA. This notice is not a solicitation. It serves solely as a synopsis of the Government�s intent to award a competitive BPA Call Order under existing BPAs previously posted on the Government Point of Entry at SAM.gov. No proposals or responses are requested at this time. The Government will not provide feedback or evaluations related to this synopsis.
