INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACT (IDC) GENERAL ARCHITECT-ENGINEERING (A-E) SERVICES CONTRACTS FOR ALL NON-MILITARY CONSTRUCTION FUNDED PROJECTS IN BULGARIA, ROMANIA, AND HUNGARY In accordance with the Public Law (PL) 92-582 (the Brooks Act) as implemented by FAR 36.6, under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 541330, Engineering Services, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District (NAU) intends to solicit and award a target of five (5) firm-fixed-price (FFP), indefinite-delivery contracts (IDCs) multiple award task order contracts (MATOC) with a five-year ordering period and a shared capacity of $20M. This MATOC is for General Architect-Engineering (A-E) Services in Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary using Military Construction (MILCON) funded projects under $500,000.00 as well as Non-Military Construction funded projects in support of Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Operations and Maintenance (OM), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). This acquisition is needed to support the continued and growing CENAU missions in Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary. This requirement will be advertised using full and open competition. Offerors will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for required work. The contract will be negotiated and awarded as Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Each contract will receive a minimum guarantee of $2,500.00, which will be satisfied by a task order. Funds are currently available for the minimum guarantee per awardee.
