Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a CNC Ultrasonic Machining Center based upon the technical requirements listed in "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable � Procurement Strategy, Addendum to Supplier Quote dated 05/21/2026" All quotations shall be responsive to the terms and conditions made a part of this solicitation. Any exceptions taken shall be detailed and refer to specific Articles of the Applicable Documentation. Contractor�s work on the Argonne site is subject to compliance with the ES&H requirements identified in item 2. *EVALUATION IS BASED ON LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE CRITERIA* Failure to submit all required documentation may result in the offer being withdrawn from further consideration.
