Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 337910, Mattress Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is 1,000 employees. The 91st Security Forces Group (91 SFG) at Minot AFB, North Dakota has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of mattresses as well as removal and disposal of old mattresses at 15 different facilities in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All contractor employees will be required to be approved for and placed on a current Entry Authorization List (EAL) at least two weeks prior to the beginning of delivery and pick-up of mattresses. Full performance of the contract, including delivery to all locations and the pickup of the old mattresses, must be completed no later than 120 days after date of contract. New mattresses must be Beautyrest Silver BRS900 Medium Firm or equal. Offers for alternative brands must include full product specifications demonstrating that the offered products meet or exceed the requirements listed in the SOW. Offerors must submit pricing using the attached price sheet. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government. Best value will be determined by considering price, past performance, quality of proposed products, and conformance of the offer to the RFQ and attachments.
