URBO Office Renovation

On or about 19 June 2026, Government intends to issue a solicitation for �Upper Basin Resident Office Renovations� at Garrison Dam, North Dakota. The solicitation will close on or about 17 July 2026. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses. Project Description: This acquisition is a construction project to convert a portion of Garrison Powerplant's 6th floor drawing room into the Upper Basin Resident Construction Office. The scope of work will include a room divider, new offices, new carpet/flooring, and an evaluation of HVAC/ Electrical/Fire Protection/Communications Systems to determine if upgrades are needed. Estimated Construction Costs: The estimated construction cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
