Description

This is a notice of award on a sole source basis, issued in accordance with the regulation at GSAR 538.7104-3(b)(3)(ii). The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has modified BPA Call 75F40124F19006, originally issued against the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 75F40120A00010 which was established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under the GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract GS-35F-0617Y with the following entity: Deloitte Consulting LLP 1919 N Lynn St Arlington, VA 22209-1742 The purpose of this modification is to provide additional support for requirements gathering and analysis, development, implementation, and ongoing support of targeted data for Rhapsody use-cases designed to assist in the regulatory review of tobacco marketing applications (e.g. PMTA Acceptance Review). The work provided as a result of this modification falls within the technical scope of the original requirement: Specifically, Task Area 8, Development, Modernization, and Enhancements (DME) and 8.1.2, Functional Enhancements as outlined in the contract's original Statement of Work. In the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original order in accordance with GSAM/R 538.7104-3(b)(1)(iii).
