SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Acoustic Receiver/Datalogger System (Brand Name or Equal: Lotek WHS4350L) This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the Government to award a contract. The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking information from vendors capable of providing an acoustic receiver/datalogger system for fish monitoring within the Central Valley Project (CVP). This requirement is Lotek WHS4350L or equal. The Government intends to acquire twelve (12) acoustic receiver/datalogger units for remote deployment locations requiring long-duration autonomous operation. Minimum Salient Characteristics (Equal Products Must Meet): Any equal product must be fully compatible with the Government�s existing Lotek acoustic telemetry system, including Lotek software, tags/transmitters, data formats, and associated infrastructure, without requiring modification or replacement of existing equipment or software. Minimum requirements include: � Battery life: ?200 days (4 lithium D-cells) � Weight: ~1.7 kg � Size: ~60 mm x 585 mm � Depth rating: ?400 m � Data storage: ?8 GB removable microSD � Operating temperature: 0�C to 50�C � Operating frequency: 416.7 kHz � BPSK decoding compatible with JSATS AMT � 31-bit coding (7-bit Barker, 16-bit ID, 8-bit CRC) � Data output: time, date, tag ID, RSSI, diagnostics Response Instructions: Interested vendors shall submit a capability statement that includes the following: � Business name & address � UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) � Business status (e.g., SB, WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, large business) � Product information and model number(s) � Evidence of ability to meet all salient characteristics � Documentation demonstrating compatibility with Lotek systems (if applicable) Responses are due by June 12, 2026, 10AM PDT to davinder_kullar@ios.doi.gov.
