Description
Solicitation SPE300-26-R-0030 was solicited as �Other than Full and Open competition� in accordance with the RFO FAR 6.103-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Servies will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is a notification that an award has been made IAW 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, as a contract to Labatt Institutional Supply Company DBA �Labatt Food Service� (CAGE Code 0S378), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the San Antonio Texas Region. This contract, SPE300-26-D-3019, will have a period of performance of 371 days from May 31, 2026 to June 05, 2027, or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J & A) for full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR Overhaul 6.301(b). A copy of the J&A and the Solicitation/Statement of Work is attached to this notice.
