This is the first appendix to NASA SBIR/STTR Program FY2026-2027 Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) and solicits proposals for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I funding opportunity. Chapter 6 of this appendix contains the proposal submission instructions and Chapter 9 contains the technical research topics. The chapter numbers align to the chapters in the BAA and can be used to locate additional information within the BAA.
