Amendment issued as follows: A. Extend the solicitation closing date from 05/11/2026 at 1700 ED to 05/22/2026 at 1700 ED. B. Answer questions received after the site visits (See B08_Attachment_10_140P4226R0005_Q_A_Document_INDE responses) C. Edit solicitation section C to remove optional line items that are no longer needed (see the continuation pages of this amendment). D. Edit solicitation section L to remove one requirement from technical factor 3 that is no longer needed (see the continuation pages of this amendment). E. Provide a pdf document containing attic photos and a photo key plan. This is intended to provide an overview of access limitations in the attic space.
