The onsite visit is restricted to two personnel per company. Follow pre-registration steps provided below. DATE: 02 June 2026 TIME: 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM PST DESCRIPTION: The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Northwestern Division - Seattle District (NWS) is hosting an Onsite Industry Day on 02 June 2026 to provide additional information and gain feedback from industry on an upcoming requirement for the rehabilitation of the Cedar Authorized Left Bank Levee in Renton, Washington. The Government is seeking feedback from qualified, experienced sources capable of performing this type of project. The Seattle District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement to repair and rehabilitate approximately 1,000 linear feet of the Cedar Authorized Left Bank Levee, which was damaged during severe flooding in December 2025. The levee is an approximately 6,400-foot-long system of earthen embankment, steel and concrete floodwalls, and closure structures, providing critical flood protection for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as the Renton Municipal Airport. The December 2025 flood event stripped topsoil and displaced riprap, reducing the levees level of protection from a 120-year event (0.0083 AEP) to a 3-year event (0.33 AEP). Rehabilitation activities include: 1. Removal of displaced riprap and loose material. 2. Reconstruction of the riverward slope. 3. Repair of approximately 600-800 linear feet of levee, including transitions. 4. Restoration of the levee to its pre-damage level of protection.
