Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District Office requires a contract for FY26 USACE Galveston District, Channel to Harlingen Placement Areas 18 and 22 Improvements in Cameron County, Texas 100% total small business set aside. The work consists of Schedule 1: Placement Area (PA) improvements on placement areas in the Channel to Harlingen.
