Project Title: Cemetery Improvement Project at Mare Island Naval Cemetery Project Location: 167 O'Hara Ct, Vallejo, CA 94592 IAW VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. An offer guarantee (bid bond) is required in accordance with FAR 28.101-1, and payment and performance bonds will be required in accordance with FAR Part 28. AMENDMENT 0001 published 5/14/2026. AMENDMENT 0002 published 5/19/2026. See attachments for details. SITE VISIT: 5/18/2026 at 10:30 AM PST RFIs due to the Contracting Officer (CO) NLT 5/29/2026 at 3:00 PM EST.
