The intent of this contract is to provide for facility repair consisting of, but not limited to: selective demolition of heating systems, electrical systems, and fuel oil delivery systems; electric boiler installations; underground heat distribution piping replacement; HVAC controls upgrade, and electrical service equipment replacement at the Admiralty National Monument � Juneau Ranger District (ANM-JRD) USDA Forest Service Compound in Juneau, Alaska.
