Sources Sought - Capable Small Businesses for Installation, testing, and training of industrial and trade equipment The Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) at Cherry Point, NC has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide for installation, testing, and training of various pieces of equpment at the FRC East Kinston location in North Carolina to support the C-130 Program. This agreement is planned to be for four years. This announcement constitutes a Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential sources for the installation, testing, and training of industrial equipment installed at FRC East Kinston, NC. The installation will require minor construction such as: placement of concrete pads, rigging utility connections, mounting & leveling, wall penetrations, etc. Additionally, the vendor would be expected to obtain all required permit and provide a site preperation plan, plan of action and milestones, acceptance test plan, and their lockout/tagout procedures to FRCE. Responses shall be submitted electronically to the e-mail address provided below. Responses are requested by the closing of the RFI. Earliest possible response is encouraged, but must include: 1)a brief statement of interest/capability and 2) any other information at the vendors discretion. Responses will be reviewed, and additional information may be requested from individual vendors, if desired by the Government. Capability statement packages shall be no more than two 8.5 x 11-inch pages, font no smaller than 12 point, 1.5 spaced, and must demonstrate ability to provide the services listed in the required capabilities described herein. The capability statement package shall be sent via email to daniel.h.collins4.mil@us.navy.mil. Submissions must be received no later than 12:15 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on 17 June 2026.
