Solicitation Information This Request for Quote is issued as Solicitation No. 1240BH26Q0004 for the installation of a new boat ramp at the Forest Service Sutton Lake day?use site. The new boat ramp will replace the existing structure. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set?Aside. Submission Instructions Offerors are responsible for reviewing all RFQ documents in the included Portfolios and shall submit a complete quote package, including all required documentation, to susie.felton@usda.gov no later than COB (1630) PST on 23 April 2026.
