Services shall be performed by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the solicitation attachments . SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business entities under NAICS 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors.
