J065--2 Truck Scissor Dock Lifts Replacement

The purpose of this notice is to inform all prospective offerors that this solicitation has been amended to comply with Acquisition Policy Flash 26 28 and the Class Deviation Supplemental for FAR Parts 9, 12, 22, and 52 in Support of Executive Order (EO) 14398, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors. In accordance with this deviation, the clause FAR 52.222 90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (APR 2026) (DEVIATION) is hereby incorporated into this solicitation. This clause applies to all solicitations and resulting contracts valued above the micro purchase threshold, except those for which the place of performance is outside the United States. All offerors must review the clause in its entirety and ensure compliance. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force.
