Amendment 0003: Extending date to submit bid. All bids are now due on July 8th, 2025, by 2:00CT. Amendment 002: The new unit should be a 120/208 3phase generator with an attenuated, hospital grade enclosure. The period of performance is extended to 240 days for possible lead times to obtain the new assembly. Also, the solicitation clauses are now attached. Amendment 001: Adding a picture and information: � Generator Cummins GGHH-7252958 Switch Cummins OTPCC-7252964 NATC - REPLACE GENERATOR FY25 Natchez National Historical Park � Replace Standby Generator at William Johnson House The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement of the Natchez National Historical Park. It is the intent of this service contract is seeking a contractor to furnish all transportation, equipment, labor, materials, and all services necessary to disconnect, remove and replace the current generator and transfer switch at the site. Please see the Statement of Work for more details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238290. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. A recommended Site Visit is scheduled for Monday, June 16th 2025 at 8:00 CT. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors. Bidders must be able to provide references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
