1/23/26: Update to sam.gov proposal due date. 12/23/25: sam.gov update to correction proposal due date. Solicitation Amendment 0002 12/22/25 - The purpose of this amendment is to revise the qualifications and certifications for the Designer of Record, implementing more flexible and appropriate standards. The timeframe for relevant past performance projects is also extended from seven to ten years. Finally, this amendment clarifies the specific conditions under which an Offeror must provide written consent for the disclosure of a major subcontractor's past performance.
