DESCRIPTION This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about March 20th , 2026 for Rebuild B29a Parking Lot at the Bath VA Medical Center. Project No. 528A6-22-665 The Bath VAMC is located at 76 Veterans Avenue, Bath, NY 14810. The layout is a campus with more than 30 buildings located on over 200 acres. Normal working hours are Monday Friday 7:00am 4:30pm. The current parking lot is deteriorating and in need of repair/replacement along with an expansion. This parking lot is also in need of a stormwater drainage system, to aid in diverting stormwater away from the 1st floor and basement of B-30. The Scope of this project includes but is not limited to repave and restripe existing asphalt parking lot, construct new stormwater drainage system, new lighting, curbs, and sidewalks as well as repair existing retaining walls and stairs along the West side of B-30 per the design drawings. The scope of this work will also include preparing a temporary parking solution coordinated with the VA. The total project duration for this project is 180 days. This includes all processes starting with submission and approval of all submittals and ending with final punch list. The NAICS code is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The small business standard is $45.0 M. The cost range is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation and is estimated to be on or about 4/1/2026. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
