PROJECT: AK USFS Chug1004 9(1), Vagt Lake Trailhead LOCATION: The project is located 25 miles north of Seward, Alaska in the Kenai Peninsula Borough at the Lower Trail Lake in Crown Point. WORK: The work consists of excavation, grading (involving placement of Unclassified Borrow and Aggregate), vault toilet installation, concrete placement for ADA parking spaces and walkways, and sign installation. LENGTH: 0.13 miles TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Fall 2025 CONTRACT TYPE: Sealed Bid, Firm-Fixed-Price Contract ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $700,000 and $2,000,000.
