NAICS Code 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Size Standard $45,000,000.00PSC Code[PSC Code - e.g., Z1DA (Maintenance of Hospitals and Infirmaries)] Scope of Work The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District (SAM), intends to issue a solicitation to secure Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) with incidental repair and minor construction services. These services are in direct support of the Defense Health Agency (DHA) facilities located throughout the West of the Mississippi (WOM) geographic region. All individual projects under this contract will be competed and awarded on a task-order basis. Contract Term: Five (5) years. Shared MATOC Capacity: $450,000,000.00 across all awardees. Minimum Guarantee: $5,000.00. Seed Project: The initial task order (seed project) utilized for evaluation will be located at the Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Twentynine Palms, which operates the Robert E. Bush Naval Hospital, Twentynine Palms, California. Pre-Proposal Details: A site visit and pre-proposal conference will be scheduled; exact times and logistics will be published within the final solicitation package. This solicitation is Unrestricted with a Small Business Reserve. Large Businesses participating in this procurement will be required to submit a comprehensive subcontracting plan within their administrative proposal volume. Procurement Process This acquisition will utilize a Single-Phase Best Value Tradeoff source selection process. Failure to have an active registration at the time of solicitation will disqualify the offeror.
