*Amendment 0002 issued on 12.10.2025, Section 00 22 16 is provided* *Amendment 0001 issued on 11.26.2025, Sections 00 22 00 and 0 22 16 are provided* The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Los Angeles District (SPL) is issuing solicitation for a Design-Build (DB) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for construction services. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The contract duration is 5 years or a maximum not-to-exceed value of $99,000,000.00, whichever occurs first. This MATOC will cover Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects, minor MILCON, and support for military installations, Veteran Affairs, Customs and Border Patrol, and other Civil Works programs within the South Pacific Division (SPD) and primarily for installations and customers within the responsibility of USACE Los Angeles District including but not limited to: March Air Reserve Base (ARB), Edwards Air Force Base (AFB), Vandenberg Space Force Base, Fort Irwin, Port Hueneme, Camp Pendleton, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Department of Interior, and Customs and Border Patrol. This DB MATOC will service the Southern California Region to include local public and military customers, although it will be available to Districts within the SPD AOR to include SPN, SPK, and SPA. Accordingly, SPL proposes to award up to six (6) Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs). The Seed Task Order will be issued to the offerors who make it into Phase 2. The DB MATOC will include procedures for On-Off-ramp of its contractors as deemed appropriate. The overall work consists of but not limit to construction activities such as new construction, renovation, repairs, preventative maintenance, and operations.
