VAAL Campus Ph2B Bldg. 201 Medical Facility at Tacoma, WA

This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits for the design and construction of life and health safety upgrades and facilities improvements to the Puget Sound Health Care System (PSHCS) medical center in Tacoma, Washington. The construction contract for building 201 Specialty Care Facility acquisition will utilize a Design-Build delivery method. The selected design-build contractor must have the demonstrated capability to manage a complex medical design effort; plan and execute large scale projects (with hundreds of workers per-day on-site and placement in the range of millions of dollars per-month); and meet construction deadlines on a confined site.
