The purpose of this amendment is to: - Update section 00 00 00 "TOTAL OF ALL BID ITEMS" to clarify the exercise of Options 7-9 (CLINs 0008-0010) will be within 900 days after NTP. - Update the General Proposal Instructions with clarifications from Projnet Inquiries received. - Update Plans and Specifications with edits/clarifications from Projnet Inquiries received. - The date and for submission of proposals has been extended as a result of this amendment. - ProjNet Bidder Inquiry has been reopened and will close on March 24, 2026.
